greenhouse growers

This is a t-shirt design for a rowing team called the "Greenhouse gROWers." My sister works at a large theme park in one of their attraction greenhouses, and asked me to create a t-shirt as a gift to her coworkers and for them to wear at their next rowing match. She was looking for a design that was simple but blended rowing with the greenhouses where she and her colleagues work. The end result was a large illustrated image on the back of the t-shirt with their team name on the front designed in a logo-like fashion. 

Below is the process of how this t-shirt design was created, beginning with the initial inspiration, followed by early drafts, culminating in the final product.
