This past summer my mom, with over 30 years in the pharmaceutical research field and wanting to do something new, discussed starting a business together. During a summer food truck event we attended, we thought it would be a great venture to explore. At the same time, this summer I also adopted a black and white tuxedo cat named Moonpie. Being that Moonpie is a certified emotional support animal, she plays a huge role in my life. As I was thinking about what I wanted to create for my capstone, her name was the missing piece of the pie that sparked the concept for a pie food truck.

I developed a brand identity and accompanying materials for a potential future food truck business venture. The food truck sells a wide range of both sweet and savory pies served in an innovative pie on
a stick format. The pies the limit for your taste buds at this food truck!
